The Firework Code

Our assembly focused on the dangers of fireworks. We learnt about the Firework Code. The children were shown how to hold sparklers and enjoy them safely. Make sure you always follow the Firework Code at all times.

Halloween

Our assembly focused on Halloween and we looked at things that make us feel scared. We talked aboujt how to overcome our fears

Harvest

Our assembly focused on Harvest and we looked at how far our food travels around the world before we eat it. We made pizzas and investigated how far the ingredients had travelled.

School Rules

Yearly Motto

As a school, we wrote our school rules byh playing a game where we had to decide on what we would do in a range of scenarios. We climbed one step up the beanstalk each time we got an answer right. Our school rules can be seen on display on our beanstalk in the entrance hall.

To launch our motto for the year, 'Aiming high in all we do', children had to find the message by popping balloons with the words hidden inside. The whole school then went out to launch helium balloons.
